Great location, very clean room and bathroom, helpful staff, the cleaners went to the effort of tidying my room even though I was only there two nights, large enough room for the price. Good value for money. A lot better and cleaner than hotels of a similar price in other European cities.

Piraeus is a work-a-day town with nothing special to see.
Piraeus is a work-a-day town with nothing special to see. The main reason people stay here is to take the ferry or a cruise ship. We stayed at the Glaros Hotel, which is a basic accommodation that I would not stay at again. I recommend staying in Athens or another local town.

Disregard comment on missing items from bag previously made.
Disregard comment on missing items from bag previously made. They reviewed footage and no one touched my bag. So it must have been in Athens when some souvenirs were taken. Loved the location of this hotel and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

This was a lively city with plenty of restaurants and cafes. It was a good place to stay after the ferry from Mykonos. The Archaeological Museum was good as was the harbour walk. There were many beautiful churches.

We enjoyed our stay in an apartment in Piraeus not far from the port entrance. The port is a very busy and very big area, it took us a while to find our way round as there are very few directional signs in English. It makes it hard to find things initially. We had to ask directions a lot and some locals treated us poorly with eye rolling, etc. while they explained directions to us like we were children. Once you get it worked out though it is a great way to do a bit of island hoping. We went on day trips to Paros, Hydra and Aegina. Loved them all.
Hospitality staff in restaurants and cafes in Piraeus were great, very friendly and helpful. Great service everywhere we went.
The area is not very attractive though as it is a working waterfront and as with everywhere in Greece there is so much graffiti. So sad that a city with such incredible history is so badly defaced. Overall it was a great stay though.

A bustling harbour and marina area of downtown Athens.
A bustling harbour and marina area of downtown Athens. We loved it as being near the Zea Marina meant lots of nightlife and amazing super yachts etc. It had a good family feel with people out and about safely having fun till quite late. You could access public transport to get into Athens centre easily and I would say this is a good a place to stay if not better due to ability to swim and see some quieter parts beyond the central tourist areas. It also meant accessing trips to the Islands was easy as they mainly left from the marinas, and if you wanted a ferry or cruise these were also nearly at the port the other side of the peninsula.

In my opinion, better than Athens, nice walking, shopinng, coffie and food everywhere, nice people
Thanks Booking.com for the free taxi from the airport to the hotel, it was exceptional convenience
Great location for anyone needing to access the ferries, a quick walk to the port and surrounded by restaurants, coffee houses, shops etc. in teeming Piraeus. The front desk staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful, with a particular salute to the wonderful Anastasia, who seems to embody all of the vivacious warmth and hospitality that makes Greece one of the greatest destinations in the world. This is a modest hotel, so don't expect the Ritz. But everything required for a comfortable stay is there for you.
The hotel was a very short walk from Gate 9 straight up the road for 3 blocks and turn left. The hotel was very clean and our room had a lovely balcony. The breakfast was very good for the price. It was only a few blocks to the main walking avenue full of shops and leads down to the waters edge and many lovely places to eat. It was a 15 - 20 min walk to the Metro to catch a direct ride to Athens International airport. The big picture of the port and gate in the lobby was very useful.
Delfini is a transit hotel that , in my opinion, responds to this purpose very well. Location is perfect, just 100 m from the Karaiskaki bus stop. We took the bus X96 from Athens Airport and in 90 minutes we arrived at Karaiskaki bus stop. From there just 2 minutes to the hotel.
Also it was perfect for us that Gate 7 for the ferry to Syros is just about 80 m from Delfini hotel, so next day it was very easy for us to go to ferry.
The ladies from the reception are very nice.
Clean and very modern decor. This was a small boutique hotel near the train station. The room was upgraded. (Thank you management team). It had a kitchen array behind a wardrobe door which we did not use. The room had a charming loft extension up a ladder like stairs with a small bed and wardrobe. We did not use that either for our one night stay.
Very central and close to everything. Small boutique hotel. Very good breakfast and helpful staff. Takis collected us from airport for much lower than normal cost. Bus into town then from there we got metro to central Athens. Lovely sea views. Loved that marina was within walking distance. Also great bars and restaurants in the vicinity
Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and to the cruise line was wonderful. The gentleman who shuttled us was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. His English was exceptional, which I appreciate, as the Greek language is very difficult for me. The room was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this hotel....
Very modern hotel, excellent rooms and location, fantastic included breakfast (you can order a la carte whatever you like), wonderful location in Kastella (Piraeus) overlooking harbor and Gulf of Athens. A spectacular top floor bar and restaurant (where you get breakfast) with indoor and outdoor tables, great service.
Always a great accommodation when in Athens city.
Professional staff always happy to provide their services!
Clean rooms and public areas, tasty breakfast and lunch! Best location next to public transportation and local market of Piraeus city.
This was not my first time at the hotel and never disappointed!
For a single stay to catch the ferry early in the morning we recommand this accomodation. For a longer stay at Athens or for visiting the sights it would be better to go to a more comfortable hotel. But this is the problem at Piräus Port. The hotels at the port are for Island hoppers.
We missed our ferry connection so needed a hotel near the port and within a few minutes had found a room. So convenient for the port. We could wheel our cases there. The receptionist was very helpful. The room was very clean and there were a couple of good restaurants close by.
Very pleasant stay with excellent, efficient staff. We used the hotel for an overnight stop arriving from the ferry and catching the train to Athens airport the next day. Its location is very convenient for all connections. The hotel offers a worthwhile breakfast for €7.
The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Had a hair dryer.👍🏻 I went for football, but forgetting that, there was a lovely marina, with very reasonable prices. Transport into Athens itself is very cheap. Overall I was delighted with the hotel.
The staff was amazing! They were attentive, kind and helpful. I appreciated their positive energy after a long day of travel. The hotel was walking distance from the port. Plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was basic and clean.
Clean, nice and spacious room with all the necessary facilities. Kind and helpful staff. The neighborhood of the hotel is outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center offering a better quality of accommodation in Athens.
The hotel has an excellent location. It is within 10 min of walking to E9 port gate and 4 min of walking to a metro station if you want to go to Athens. The staff is super helpful. The room is nice and quite.
A fantastic breakfast was included with a lot of hot options. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable, hotel is a walkeable distance from the port. Free wi-fi. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel was very nice. Great location easy access to the port for our cruise. Staff was very knowledgeable helped us with any directions. Would definitely stay again
